Get a Fundraiser Prize Pack from CTV

If you and your group or organization are looking for an extra prize for your upcoming fundraiser, CTV can help! Submit your request online using this submission form, and every month we’ll randomly select one submission to receive a CTV prize pack worth approximately $75 or more!

Your entrant must be the preferred contact for the event.

Only one donation will be given away each month through a random selection. Random selection will take place on the first of every month. Please make sure to submit your entry at least one month prior to your event.

You can enter once per month. Those who submit multiple entries will be disqualified. Please note: you can only be selected once per year.
