How You Could Win:

1. A random draw will be made on March 17, 2009 at approximately 2:00 pm ET in Toronto, Ontario from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The first five (5) complete eligible Entries randomly selected will represent the winning Entries.
2. Selected winning Entrants will be contacted within two (2) business days by telephone at the telephone number indicated on the Entry. If a selected winning Entrant cannot be reached within two (2) business days at the telephone number provided on the Entry form, the prize will be forfeited and another Entry will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Each selected winning Entrant must correctly answer, unassisted, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question prior to being declared a winner. If an entrant provides the incorrect answer to the mathematical skill-testing question, the Entry will be void and another Entry will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible Entries.
3. Each selected winning Entrant will be sent a Release and Declaration of Compliance with these Rules, and if the selected winning Entrant is a minor in his/her province or territory or residence, a parent/legal guardian consent form (the “Parental Consent form”), which must be completed, signed and returned to the independent judging organization before the prize can be awarded. Each selected winning Entrant will also be required to provide a current photograph of himself or herself to the independent judging organization and complete a required form publicity release. Upon receipt of the completed releases, each selected winning Entrant will be declared a winning Entrant.

Upon being declared a winning Entrant, each Entrant will be contacted to set up the conference call interview at a mutually agreeable predetermined time to take place within two (2) days of being declared a winner. If a winning Entrant is unable to accept the prize as awarded, prize will be forfeited and another Entry may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible Entries.
5. Once the five (5) complete eligible Entries are drawn and duly verified as winning Entries subject to paragraph 3 above, the Sponsor or its representative will contact each winning Entrant for an individual conference call interview (to be set at a mutually agreeable predetermined time) to determine which of the winning Entrants will assist in presenting the “Juno™ Fan Choice Award presented by Pepsi®” to the Award winner during the Juno Awards™ broadcast. One presenter will be chosen by the Judges based on the criteria outlined above (subject to the approval of that presenter by the producers of the 2009 Juno Awards™). One alternate presenter will also be chosen from the remaining four (4) winning Entrants (subject to the approval of those presenters by the producers of the 2009 Juno Awards™), in the event that the first presenter chosen is unable or unwilling to help present the “Juno™ Fan Choice Award presented by Pepsi®” to the Award winner prior to or at the time of broadcast. The producers of the Juno Awards™ ceremony and broadcast will have sole discretion over deciding whether the presenter is suited to the task of helping to hand out the “Juno™ Fan Choice Award presented by Pepsi®” to the Award winner and the extent of the presenter’s participation in the Awards ceremony. The winning Entrant and alternate must be available at the producer’s convenience to meet with the producers of the Juno Awards™ ceremony and broadcast to determine their participation in the Awards ceremony.
